When is the Mammoth Christmas Market Open?

We’re sorry to announce that our first annual Mammoth Christmas Market has been postponed until November 2019.

Due to unforeseen issues with infrastructure installation, we have postponed the event until next year.

We will be ready for the Christmas Market to begin in November 2019, and hope you’ll join us!

 

What is the price per person?

The price varies each night. Please visit our CALENDAR page for pricing on specific nights. Children 10 and under are always free!

Are you open if it rains or snows?

Yes, we are open rain, snow or shine! There are several covered areas for sitting and eating but the majority of the light displays and market are not covered. You are welcome to bring umbrellas to the event. If the Market is ever forced to close for any reason, our Facebook page will have the most up to date information. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all the food, drink and ticket vendors are able to accept credit cards or cash. Most of the vendors are able to accept credit cards and cash as well but some may not. Please visit our VENDOR page and contact them directly with any questions.

What kind of food and drinks are at the Market?

We offer a wide variety of food including Bratwurst, Vegetarian Chili and Tamales. Please visit the MENU page for our current selection. Drink specials include Hot Chocolate, Coffee and our famous Gluhwein, a traditional German Mulled Wine served warm.

Can I park at the event?

No, all parking is off-site, with free shuttles to and from the event. Please visit out PARKING page for more detailed information and additional parking areas.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do not currently offer any discounts. However, everyone 10 and under is free! The best way to save is to book a hotel package with one of our partner hotels. Visit our LODGING page for more information.

Are dogs allowed?

No, unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the shuttles, so we are not able to allow them at the event.

How do I become an Employee at the Market?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may bring your printed ticket to the event or show it on your smart phone at the gate. Tickets can also be looked up by your last name at the gate, just present your ID.

What is the refund policy?

Sorry, there are no refunds. In the event that the Market is unexpectedly closed, tickets will be refunded automatically.
